Soak 7 dates in water.
Buy full cream milk from the supermarket (Dutch Lady brand).
Blend the soaked dates with 2 cups of Dutch Lady full cream milk until smooth, creating a base.
Add 3/4 cup coconut milk and blend well.
Add 3/4 cup chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Arrange toppings: sliced bananas, baked bananas, chocolate chips, mixed berries, apple syrup, cinnamon, granola, and pineapple chunks on top of the chia pudding.
Serve chilled. Enjoy as a nutritious breakfast or dessert.
