Preheat air fryer to 200 C.
Chop 2 lada benggala, 2 bawang merah, 5 ulas bawang putih, and 5 cili padi into large pieces.
Cook the chopped ingredients with some oil in a pan until they are well-cooked.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated air fryer at 200 C.
Let the cooked ingredients cool down slightly, then blend them with 1/2 lemak, 1 sudut oregano, 1 sudut garam, 1/2 cawan minyak masak, segengam ketumbar, and 1 sudut gula to make peri-peri sauce.
Season the chicken with a little salt.
Mix the peri-peri sauce evenly over the chicken.
Air fry the seasoned chicken for another 20 minutes at 200 C.
Combine the remaining blended ingredients, add 1 sudut butter, and warm it up quickly to make additional peri-peri sauce as needed.
Serve the peri-peri chicken with family or friends.
