Arrange the prepared ice cream sandwiches on a tray.
Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until firm.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Fry each ice cream sandwich for approximately 10 seconds, making sure it’s evenly heated and golden brown on all sides.
Drain any excess oil before serving.
