Soak the glutinous rice for 4 hours.
Wash the glutinous rice until clean.
Boil water and cook chicken with a little salt and black pepper or soy sauce marinade.
Cut the chicken into pieces, make deep cuts on each piece, and put one leg aside.
Place the soaked glutinous rice in the pot with the chicken.
Add red dates and garlic cloves.
Boil the ginseng package until it is soft. Add spring onions.
Cook for about 45 minutes to an hour.
In a claypot, place the cooked chicken and soup mixture.
Top with kimchi.
