Prepare the chicken thighs by marinating them with yogurt, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and dried rosemary for about 30 minutes.
Preheat an air fryer and cook the marinated chicken thighs until done.
Boil water and prepare Mi Sedaap Instant Noodle Perisa Mi Goreng Asli according to package instructions. Use 2 packs of noodles.
In a wok or large pan, heat some oil and add the prepared seasoning mix from the noodle pack. Stir-fry for a few seconds.
Add the cooked chicken into the pan with the noodle seasoning and stir well. Add in the pre-cooked broccoli and carrot, stirring to combine all ingredients evenly.
Mix the instant black pepper sauce powder with water and cooking cream, then pour it over the mixture in the pan and stir again until everything is well combined.
Garnish with a crepe of fried garlic if desired. Serve hot with roasted chicken from the air fryer on the side.
