Heat some soybean oil in a pan.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the minced chicken and season with oyster sauce, black pepper, white pepper, flaxseed oil, and a little salt to taste. Sauté well.
In another pot, heat 3 cups of water and add 1 cup of Quaker Rolled Oats.
Bring the oat mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the oats are cooked and creamy.
Add the sautéed chicken to the cooked oat mixture and mix well.
Top with fried tempeh, boiled eggs, bread crumbs, chopped scallions, and Sichuan pepper oil to taste.
