Prep the chicken by mixing it with turmeric powder and salt.
In a pan, fry garlic and shallot briefly until fragrant.
Add sliced onions and dried red chillies. Fry them for another minute or two.
Throw in chopped green chillies and stir-fry for a while.
Add oyster sauce, kaffir lime leaves, chicken powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
Fry the marinated chicken with turmeric until cooked through. Add it to the pan and mix everything together.
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is coated with the spice mixture.
Serve hot.
