Gather and prepare all ingredients.
Heat a pan, add the chicken wings and fry until cooked. Remove from heat.
Fry 3 eggs in another pan or directly with the fried chicken.
Once the eggs are slightly cooked, return the chicken to the pan along with a large onion.
Chop half of a red chili and half a green chili, then add them to the mix.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt.
Stir-fry until well combined and the mixture thickens slightly. Add some dried basil leaves at this stage for extra flavor.
Taste test and adjust seasoning if necessary.
