For the sauce, add half a cup of mayonnaise and one-third of a cup of chilli sauce.
Add a tablespoon of jalapeno pepper, which is optional.
Next, add two tablespoons of lemon juice for added flavor.
In a mixing bowl, add peri-peri seasoning. You can check the yellow container under the stove for it.
Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous.
Add a teaspoon of salt and mix again to combine all ingredients.
In a pan, fry 500g chicken and season with peri-peri seasoned meat.
Add some additional salt since there might not be any in the seasoning. Adjust as needed.
Next, place the fries on top of the sauce and add the fried chicken.
You can also add extra toppings such as garlic chives or pickled garlic with a few leaves of spring onion.
