Soak the cincau in water until it softens.
Place the softened cincau into a glass or pitcher and add ice cubes.
In another bowl, soak the dates in warm water for about 5 minutes to soften them.
Once the dates are soft, remove them from the water and place them into the glass with cincau and ice.
Pour the full cream milk over the mixture.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
