Prepare 500g tenderized lamb.
Blend and fry 2 large onions, 4 garlic cloves, and 1-inch piece of ginger with the fried spices until fragrant.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato purée and 2 tablespoons of Kuzi spice blend. Cook briefly.
Add stock from the lamb cooking process and cook until well combined.
Blend and fry sliced onions as a garnish, set aside.
Add 1/2 cup of milk towards the end of the cooking time.
Include almonds, raisins, and fried sliced onions. Season with salt to taste.
Cook briefly before serving.
