Fry 1kg sliced potatoes until soft, then drain and roughly crush them.
Cook 200g minced meat with 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic and 1 chicken cube. Let it cool down before mixing with the mashed potatoes.
Combine all ingredients and stuff into the tofu balls leaving some space in the middle.
Make a batter using 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons of fried bread flour, then dip and fry the stuffed tofu balls in hot oil.
Fry a mix of red and green bird's eye chilies with 5 cloves of garlic, blend it with marmite sauce to make sambal.
Serve with the crispy tahu bergedel and sambal.
