Combine 320g whole wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, and 175ml warm water. Knead until a dough forms and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll the dough into small balls (about 4 pieces). Brush each ball with Promex Cook & Bake and let them rest for an hour.
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Flatten the dough slightly and place ground beef filling in the center, then wrap it up like a dumpling.
Fry the filled dough until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with lettuce leaves.
