Mix half a cup of Bestari Fried Chicken Powder with three tablespoons of rice flour and a little salt. Add two cups of water and mix well to form an even batter.
Heat some oil in a wok or pan until it is very hot.
Dip each tofu piece into the batter for a second before frying in the hot oil, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Fry the tofu pieces until they turn slightly golden brown. Ensure the oil is very hot to achieve a crispy texture.
Pour the remaining batter over the fried tofu to create a crispy coating. Make sure the oil remains hot and avoid stirring too much once you pour in the batter, or it will stick to the bottom of the pan.
Fry until the color turns golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels. Toast briefly if desired.
Serve with chili sauce for extra flavor.
