Peel and mash three Cavendish bananas.
Add two tablespoons of sugar and mix until the banana is well coated with sugar.
Mix in one cup of all-purpose flour, a half tablespoon of baking powder, a half tablespoon of baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
Stir all ingredients together until combined.
Shape the mixture into pretty balls using wet fingertips.
Fry the cikodok in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and attractive.
Remove from the pan with a fork and drain on paper towels.
