Marinate the shashimi with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and a little white pepper. Let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
While the meat is marinating, prepare the chili oil: mix 3 tablespoons of chili flakes in a bowl with a bit of sugar, salt, seasoning, and sesame oil. Add 4 spice blend and minced garlic, followed by ground flaxseed oil to enhance the aroma. Fry until the garlic becomes crispy.
Heat up the saucepan and add the prepared shashimi. Cook until the meat is well done. If desired, you can also add a little soy sauce for extra flavor. Continue cooking until the meat is fully cooked.
Prepare the sukiya sauce by mixing roasted sesame mayo in a bowl with minced garlic, chopped chives, and the prepared chili oil. Mix thoroughly.
Serve with steamed rice and top with marinated shashimi. Drizzle the sukiya sauce over the meat for extra flavor. Enjoy!
