Prepare the prawns by removing the shells and deveining, then cut them into small pieces.
Mix the cream cheese with mayonnaise in a bowl.
Add the chopped prawns to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold together. Season with AJI-SHIO®️ Flavored Pepper and AJI-SHIO®️ Flavored Black Pepper as needed.
Prepare 10 wonton wrappers and lightly wet the edges with water for sealing.
Place a portion of the prawn and cheese mixture into each wrapper, fold to form rangoon shapes according to your preference.
Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer. Fry the rangoons until golden brown and crispy.
Drain excess oil from the fried rangoons on paper towels before serving with soy sauce for dipping.
