Break 300g Marie cookies into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix 1 cup of chocolate powder and 1/2 cup of cocoa powder with 1/2 cup hot water until smooth. Then add 1 block of buttercup/margarine/butter and 1/2 cup condensed milk, mixing well.
Pour the mixture over the broken cookies and stir until well coated in chocolate.
Prep a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then press the cookie mixture into it to form a solid layer. Freeze for 30 minutes to an hour.
Toast almond flakes until golden brown.
Melt 200g white chocolate and 200g milk chocolate together in a double boiler.
Once the cookies are firm, cut them into desired shapes or pieces. Dip each piece into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes.
Allow to set on a wire rack until the chocolate is firm.
