Preheat the oven to 160°C for 30 minutes.
Mix 2 simple-sized egg whites, 2 tablespoons of icing sugar, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 vanilla essence, and 1 tablespoon of cake flour until well combined.
Add 150 grams of almond slices and mix well.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly to form a thin layer.
Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool. Cut into small pieces.
Store in kuih containers or serve as a snack during Ramadan.
